Prozac in UK drinking water

So many people are popping the pills and pissing trace amounts, the anti-depressant is moving back into rivers and lakes with recycled waste water, according to a BBC report.
The Environment Agency report concluded that the Prozac in the water table could be potentially toxic and said the drug was a "potential concern".
But who's worrying?
